LinkTrace provides software for creating short links, managing metadata, tracking attribution, and operating related team workflows.
These terms apply to the public site, hosted application, APIs, and any related support or documentation we make available.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information used to create your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
If you invite teammates into a workspace, you are responsible for assigning access appropriately and removing access when it is no longer needed.
You may not use LinkTrace to distribute malware, phishing links, illegal content, or deceptive redirects.
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape protected data without authorization, or bypass plan, rate, or security controls.
Paid plans renew on the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled before renewal.
We may update packaging or pricing in the future, but we will communicate material billing changes before they take effect on an active subscription.
You retain responsibility for the destinations, metadata, UTM conventions, and campaign content you configure in LinkTrace.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data for the purpose of operating the service.
We work to keep the service available and improve it continuously, but uptime is not guaranteed unless covered by a separate written agreement.
We may modify, replace, or retire features over time, especially where security, performance, or platform dependencies require it.
You may stop using LinkTrace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious abuse, non-payment, or actions that create material risk for the service or other users.
Where practical, we will provide notice before termination unless immediate action is required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
