Analytics depth depends on both product surface and plan entitlement
LinkTrace exposes overview and detail reporting, but retention windows, export access, and advanced analytics depth are still plan-aware.
Reporting surfaces
LinkTrace analytics currently span overview reporting, link detail, conversion reporting, and CSV export.
- Workspace overview and top links.
- Link detail reporting and event export.
- Lead and sale analytics under the dashboard analytics surface.
- CSV export for plans that include export access.
Retention and plan limits
Retention is not infinite. The backend clips reporting windows based on the active plan.
- Free workspaces retain analytics and conversion data for 30 days.
- Paid plans retain a rolling window based on the plan tier.
- If a paid account stops renewing, retained data eventually expires after the current period end plus the plan retention duration.
